The Key to Updating Your Wardrobe Without Remortgaging Your House

Clothes are getting more and more expensive, so when you want to update your wardrobe on a budget, you can feel a little apprehensive. But wait, good news! This post holds the key to updating your wardrobe without having to remortgage your house. Enjoy!

Consider Creating Something From What You Already Own
Instead of going shopping when you want to update your wardrobe, why don’t you create something from what you already own? If you enjoy getting creative, this could be a great option for you. You don’t even need to invest in a sewing machine. You could simply add iron on patches to an old jacket. There are so many tutorials online, and you could make your wardrobe look brand new!

Always Search For Coupons Before You Buy
Instead of going shopping and buying on impulse, always search for coupons before you buy. You could save a substantial amount of money with the coupons you find. There are Sears coupons, and coupons for just about anywhere else you want to shop. Always look for them online and even if you save just 10%, it’ll make a difference in the long run!

Vow To Create A Capsule Wardrobe
Instead of filling your wardrobe with item after item, vow to create a capsule wardrobe. To do this, you’ll need to define your style and color scheme. Then you can begin selecting clothes that fit in, and ensure the majority of them can be worn together. This will save you money in the long run, and you should find you have plenty of outfit combinations. It should stop you from spending so much money on clothes!

Give Yourself A Clothing Allowance For Each Season
Instead of just buying whenever you feel like it, how about giving yourself a clothing allowance for each season? This way, you’ll never overspend and you’ll think more carefully about the purchases that you do make.

Suggest A Wardrobe Exchange To Your Friends
Instead of getting rid of clothes you don’t wear, how about suggesting a wardrobe exchange to your friends? You can swap items and hopefully, everybody will leave with something new. You’ll also get rid of the clothes you no longer wear, knowing they’ve gone to a new happy home.

Shop In Vintage Stores
Vintage stores are great, because they are full of amazing, unique pieces. You’re doing good for the environment, as well as saving money on your purchases.

Sell Clothes You No Longer Wear
If you want to add some cash to your clothing fund, then selling the clothes you no longer wear is an option. You can do this online, or try heading to a sale in your area where you can pay to put up a stand.

See? You can enjoy many new items of clothing whatever your budget may be. No need to remortgage your house or sell a kidney! If you have any tips of your own you’d like to share, be sure to leave them below. Thanks for reading!

Blurb

They call me the Wonder F*ck.  Why? Because I’ve got a rocket in my pocket and I live to take you for a ride. I’ve got everything a woman wants and all in one tight, well-muscled, long, hard package. My goal is to make you come so hard and so often that you finally understand your innate power and how absolutely-fucking beautiful you are. Because every woman is beautiful. Being the Wonderf*ck is my vocation and all I ever wanted to be...or so I thought.

Until Tara.

My sexy-neighbor with her douche-nugget ex-fiance. Tara and I weren’t friends, barely acquaintances, until the tears, and the fist-fight, and then...the sex. Now what do I do? I can’t be me when I'm with her and I can’t be Wonder F*ck. I want her, but having Tara means watching the walls of my carefully crafted existence crumble and fall and while I have the strength to provide countless orgasms, I’m not sure if I have the strength to love.

EXCERPT

Los Angeles is a small town. I know it seems impossible to believe, unless you live here, but it is. It’s pockets of small communities stacked beside each other. My parents were raised here, I’ve lived here my entire life except during college, my sister is a Judge here. At this stage there is one degree of separation between everyone--including celebrities.
I suppose it’s inevitable.
I stand in Gelson’s. I grasp a tomato. Which one is firm and round and needs to be grilled this afternoon? I hear a cart before I see her. I glance up.
Her face turns red. A pinkish blush. She swallows. She’s not nearly as ‘done up’ as she was when we were together. It’s not Natasha, or Shelly or Carolyn or Leslie or my personal longest vocation Cheryl. This woman is many many women back--six or seven.
Jennifer.
This woman gave me the name of Jennifer. I don’t flinch. I smile. I don’t give her any hint of recognizing her. I don’t let on as though I’ve caressed every inch of skin. Pulled the nipples of her perky breasts now hidden behind a sweatshirt with Stanford emblazoned across the front into my mouth. I don’t let on that I remember she has a special penchant for fucking in the bathtub or that she likes to be blindfolded while having sex. No. I push all of the sexual specifics, every last lovely detail from my mind. I compartmentalize—as men are so very able to do—and I simply smile and say, “Hello.”
Her head jerks back and the skin between her eyebrows creases. One quick breath, as though she considers whether she’s lost her mind.
“Never able to pick a good tomato.” I continue. “They’re always mealy when I get them home.”
Now she’s uncertain. Uncertain that I’m the man she thinks I am. It’s been over a year and her memory of our time together, while so vivid she can feel every touch, every thrust, in fact I’d bet her panties are wet right now, she’s unsure. I mean people do look substantially different when they’re fucking.
“You want to go with firm.” She lifts a tomato and presses the taut red fruit to her nose. Her gaze meets mine. No, no, she knows it’s me. Her tongue flicks out over her lips. “This one is the one you want.” She holds out the juicy flesh toward me.
I take it. Our fingers touch. A zing pulses through me and I’m hard. Simple as that. Hard as a rock.
“Thank you.” I lift an eyebrow and tilt my head and walk away from the produce and toward check-out. I don’t sleep with every woman that calls. Nor is every number with Wonderfuck scrawled above it mine. I’m selective. Careful. Detailed. One can’t be too careful when meeting women to fuck away their insecurities and heart break.  As for the other men who share my name and my vocation. I’ve not met them, perhaps we should form a club.

5 Ways To Tune Up Your Digestion

You've probably heard the adage “you are what you eat” though it's probably more accurate to say “you are what you digest.” If your digestive system is below par you're less likely to be able to assimilate nutrients and therefore reap the benefits of eating a balanced diet.

The first step to improving your digestion is to become aware of how you are feeling at different times of the day, perhaps after eating different foods. Do you have symptoms of IBS? Does bloating, heartburn or gas bother you? Take note of what throws your body out of sync, grab yourself a journal and note down what you're finding out about yourself.

Here's some suggestions to consider:

  1. Try food combining. If you're feeling bloated or suffering cramps after eating it could be a sign your stomach is struggling to digest different types of foods together. Experts have recommended only eating proteins such as meat and fish with vegetables and keeping starchy foods such as potatoes, breads and pasta for a separate meal entirely, without the proteins. This method recommends eating fruit before your lunch and consuming nuts on their own for optimal digestion.
  2. Look into supplementing with digestive enzymes. You can take these for a temporary amount of time to give your stomach a bit of support to create the enzymes it needs. Ones with peppermint oil are often recommended for their soothing and calming effect on IBS  sufferers.
  3. Stock yourself up with probiotics. Friendly bacteria otherwise known as probiotics are essential for gut health. Stress, taking antibiotics or suffering infections can really knock off these good guys and leave the bad bacteria to run rampage which isn't good news for our digestion. Luckily you can supplement these either in tablet form or with yoghurts and probiotic drinks that you can pick up on the high street.
  4. Get yourself checked out for intolerances. Food allergies are serious and life threatening and usually diagnosed at a young age. Intolerances, however, are when the immune system sees a particular food as a threat and reacts either with digestive complaints or more vague signs such as fatigue, low mood and muscular aches and pains. Therefore if you've been feeling under the weather despite eating well, it may be worth investigating whether you have an intolerance of any kind. Fortunately there seems to be plenty of alternatives on offer if you do suffer with an intolerance, dairypure lactose free milk is just one example.
  5. Monitor your stress levels. If you've ever tried to eat a meal after an argument or receiving bad news you'll know that stress immediately affects our digestion. Whether it's from living a high paced life, juggling demands of work, children or simply life's challenges, it's worth addressing your stress in order to keep your digestive system working ship shape. Try deep breathing exercises before sitting down to eat and switching off all devices when you're at the dining table.

Feeling focused? Remember nobody knows your digestion like you do, so here's to a healthy and digestible 2017!

As the two discover an otherworldly connection and a soul-deep romance blossoms, Thorn’s dark agenda comes to light and he’s forced to make a deadly choice: lead Rune to her destruction, or face the wrath of the phantom who has haunted the opera house for a century, and is the only father he’s ever known.

Become A Yummy Mommy: 6 Unmissable Tips You Need Before You Start That January Diet

For a lot of us, we make a resolution that we will lose weight as we begin a new year. After all, we have probably eaten a lot during the Christmas period. And it can be a challenge to shift those extra pounds we have put on. However, for a lot of moms, they attempt to go on a fad diet. And then they give it up after a couple of weeks. To ensure you do lose weight and become a yummy mommy this year, here are six unmissable tips you need before you start that January diet.

Don’t Put Too Much Pressure On Yourself
A lot of people go wrong when it comes to losing weight as they put so much pressure on themselves. They make a goal of how much they plan to lose which isn’t obtainable. Therefore, when they don’t manage to achieve their target, they fall back into their old ways. And they feel hugely disappointed with themselves. To ensure this doesn’t happen to you, it’s important to be realistic with your goals. Consider a viable weight you would like to be. Even if it’s a pound or two over a month, it’s a good start. And it ensures that you are not putting too much pressure on yourself. Remember even though you may have a slow start when it comes to losing weight, it’s bound to increase over time. Therefore, you may lose a pound and then it might increase to a few pounds in a couple of weeks! So don’t give up and don’t put too much pressure on yourself if you want to succeed with your diet.

Always Research Different Diets
When it comes to choosing a diet plan to follow, it can often leave people confused. After all, there are so many around to follow. And people are unsure of which one to follow. The best way you can make a decision on which diet to follow is by doing some research about each one. There is so much guidance online and in books about different diets which could help you to lose weight. It’s best to stick to diets that are quite well-known such as the Paleo diet. That way, you know you are not heading down a dark path when it comes to your diet. After all, there are so many sites that claim you will lose weight by taking certain weight-loss drinks or tablets. But at least by going for a popular diet, your food intake won’t change too much. And you can find recipes at Paleo Hacks that could easily be made for your whole family. That way, you can lose weight healthily and still ensure you have enough nutrients every day.

Talk To Your Doctor
Before you start any diet, you should speak to your doctor about your weight loss plans. After all, they will give you the best guidance you need before you start any form of diet. And they can help you decide how much you need to lose to become a healthy weight. If you tell them about diets you have looked into, they can give you advice on whether they think it’s a good idea or not. They might even send you on for further advice from a nutritionist. After all, sometimes it’s better to just make small changes to your diet, rather than following a specific diet plan.

Don’t Forget About Exercise
When it comes to losing weight, people put so much focus on their diet. After all, they hope it will help them achieve their target weight. But if you want to lose some pounds, you need to think about exercise too. After all, if you are not doing enough exercise, you will struggle to shift weight. Therefore, you need to increase your daily exercise. You might want to attend a weekly class which will ensure you do an hour of strict exercise. Or you might consider joining a gym and going there to workout a couple of times a week. You could even opt to pay extra for a personal trainer who will help you to create an exercise plan. If you put as much effort in your exercise as your eating plan, then you are bound to lose weight and become a yummy mommy.

Choose Something You Can Follow Long-Term
So many people go wrong with diets as they pick something which is difficult to follow in the long-term. After all, you might be inclined to do the 5:2 diet at the start. But after a week of fasting on two days, you might find that you give up. After all, if you are having a bad week, you are going to struggle to not head for the chocolate draw. And the same goes for diets like the Atkins diet. After a few days of no carbs, you might be dying to have a big bowl of pasta. Therefore, you need to choose a diet which is easier to follow in the long-term. That way, you won’t give up after a couple of weeks. And choose something which has recipes you like. You will be spurred on to continue if there are recipes you are keen to try!

Remember That Everyone Is Different
For a lot of people, it can help to follow a diet alongside a friend or a family member. That way, you can help each other to carry on and pursue the diet. But if you are going to diet alongside someone else, you need to remember that your bodies are different. Therefore, if your friend manages to shift some pounds before you, it might be because her metabolism is different. Therefore, don’t get too disheartened if your friend does manage to lose pounds before you. You will get there in the end if you carry on. And remember to not rely on your fitness buddy. If they back out of a run or a Weight Watchers meeting, you need to ensure you still go so that you can work towards achieving your goal.

And remember losing weight is not just a January thing; you should be attempting all year to be a healthy and fit you.

Didn't Get Any Sleep? Try These Makeup Hacks To Make You Look More Awake!

When you become a mother, it's safe to say that you start to value sleep more than you ever did before. As soon as your baby is born you have to resort to grabbing a few minutes of sleep wherever and wherever you can - and don't you just hate those moms who claim that their child has 'always slept through the night'? Of course, it does get better as your children get older. But with all the responsibilities that come with being a mom - late night science projects, picking them up from friend's houses - you can still feel like you are running on empty half the time. When you are this tired, appearance can often go out the window. After all, you definitely have more important things to think about than how you look. But we do all feel self-conscious from time to time, especially if someone has made a comment about how tired we look before. If you feel as though you need to fake those 8 hours of sleep, don't fear - try some of these easy beauty hacks to help mask your tiredness.

Add Color To Your Face
One of the biggest giveaways for a night of no sleep is dull, lifeless skin that is void of any tone or hue. A lack of sleep can result in drastically low pH levels which lead to your skin being dehydrated and therefore lacking in color. In order to counteract this process, you first need to put some moisture back into your skin. Choose a moisturizer that is high in Vitamin E, as this is one of the key components our skin requires in order to stay healthy. Then, you can apply a foundation (or just a tinted moisturizer) in order to even out your skin tone. Just use a light application, as anything too heavy can make you look overdone. Then add a light dusting of bronzer or blush on the areas where you would naturally tan, or go red (the hairline, nose and collarbones respectively).

Highlight, Highlight, Highlight
The skin around our eyes is usually what is affected the most by consistently poor sleep. Eye bags and dark circles are the usual culprits, and getting rid of them can be pretty hard. But for those days when we simply need to cover them up, makeup can solve all. Grab yourself a good highlighter using a Feel unique discount code at Plus Voucher Code. Use this under the eye and also in the corners in order to brighten the skin in this area. Using a white eye pencil on your waterline can also help to do this - and don't forget to finish with a lashing of mascara.

Brighten Those Eyes
When we have been dealt a bad night's sleep, we can often wake up with dry, dull eyes. It's not something we usually think about, but the shine from our eyes is something that is very closely correlated with our health. Simply being overtired can result in dull eyes, which is what makes us look drained. If you suffer from this, firstly rejuvenate your eyes with a specialist cream. Or, you could even go old-school and put slices of cucumber on them to help reduce any swelling. Then use some eye drops directly into your eyes to make them shine. Just because you had no sleep doesn't mean the rest of the world needs to know that, after all!
