Review & Giveaway: BuildASign.com

*Disclaimer: A product was provided for review. All opinions are my own.*

Ever since I started book blogging in June of 2011, I have been wanting business cards to hand out when I do giveaways and such.  I never managed to get them since I was on a really tight budget and couldn't afford even the slightest extra expense. Once I started Rainy Days and Pajamas and planned to review more than just books (and hopefully expand into a shop in the future) I decided that business cards would be something to add to my shopping list soon.

I was super excited when BuildASign.com reached out to offer a product for me to review here on the blog (and not only because it's my first official product review!).  I immediately jumped on the chance and chose to receive business cards.

The process of creating the cards was super easy and the website is really simple to navigate and use.  If you're designing cards like I did (though there are a number of products to choose from; signs, cards, banners, magnets, bumper stickers, etc.!) you have the option to choose from a multitude of premade designs or upload your own photos and create them completely from scratch.  I chose to do a premade design since I'm not very good at graphics (I use the most basic photo editor for all of my edits) and wanted something that would look very nice.

Unfortunately, UPS ended up losing my package and I never received it.  After filing a claim, talking the driver and then never hearing anything else for over a month, I've pretty much given up hope on getting my cards.  I won't lie, I'm super frustrated because not only am I not able to review this product fully for BuildASign, but I really wanted those cards.  Like, really badly.

Obviously the company is not at fault for this and have been super patient and understanding.  Within our many emails back and forth throughout this ordeal, nothing but kind words have been sent and I've been so at ease while conversing with the representative and customer service.  From my personal experience, I highly recommend this company and I will probably reorder my cards once I have the extra funds and when I do, I'll do a post on them to show you guys how they turned out.

I was super pleased with my overall experience with BuildASign.com and their products and I hope you guys will too! Go check out the banner maker, sign maker, or business card maker (or whatever you decide!) and don't forget to enter below to win your choice of a $25 gift card to BuildASign.com or an 8x10 Canvas Photo Print from EasyCanvasPrints.com.
